Work has been undeniably slow lately. For a town with a revolution, not much has been going on.
Although I did manage to interview some of the people who had been arrested as they were released. The had some fascinating things to say. When they weren't being difficult, that is. Alas, but these civilians have not the foggiest idea of the importance of the press.
( private but hackable by someone really determined )

Some lad named Subaru dropped a stack of books on my head. I do believe I have a minor concussion. Although the poor chap suffered far more than I did, or so it appeared.

Can't chat long; I must apply myself once more to this story. It's a breakthrough, I know it. An exceptional controversy and I'm in the middle of the fray! I knew that my immigration to this city would end up an excellent decision.
The protest didn't end well, that is for certain. More on this later. I shall post my article here, if the editors allow it.
Also, if anyone would like to leave a testimonial or opinion about yesterday's events, feel free to do so - anonymously or otherwise. As a reporter I am of course unbiased and will accept anyone's opinion. I will not reveal names in the article itself.

Well, the publishers are loving the influx of violence this city has been experiencing. If I didn't know better, I would think that people enjoy reading about terrible acts of destruction. But of course we all know that this is hardly the case, and this strange sadism is merely a tragic side-effect of working too long in the news industry. I fear my employers will need to resign soon and retreat to the seaside to spend their retirements in relaxation.
Until then, I'll simply continue to monitor the violence of this city I find myself in. Whatever pays, of course.
Speaking of: Larxene, darling, we still need to have our shopping date. My wallet weighs heavy within the confines of my pocket. I'm counting on you to aid me in liberating it from its self-perpetuated prison. Besides, no one has quite your sense of style.
And out of pure curiousity, I don't suppose anyone here swings? Or perhaps 'swung' is the appropriate word, since of course it would be impossible to do so now, since music is illegal and all.

Flew in last night, and Gordon Bennet! I am exhausted. I must say, in-flight service has depreciated in quality to a rather alarming degree. At least the packet of trail mix didn't give me food poisoning. And the woman in the seat next to mine looked scadalised when I offered a game of cards. Apparently I struck her as the unsavoury type. I ended up reading for a while, and then staring outside at the various lights that passed by below. I was beyond relieved when we finally touched down at the airport, especially since all music had been shut off as soon as we began our descent.
I hear that quite a few of my old mates are in town. Marluxia, Axel, Demyx, Zexion, and Larxene? I'll have to hunt them down and persuade them to buy me a drink, or at least show me where I can find a good place to gamble.
